You can follow the following simple steps to transfer pictures to wood. All you will need is a nice picture and a medium.
Transfer a Picture to Wood
Its a pretty simple process and all you need to do is print a photo out on a dry ink printer (like HP). Then paint a medium on the front of the photo, and then smooth it onto an painted surface.
Choosing the Picture
Choose a well defined picture which has a good background. When you print make sure they not fit the frame and if there any words they a placed backwards

All Steps involved are explained below:
Step 1: Squeeze out a good amount of the Transfer Medium onto the picture
Step 2: Lay the picture (image side down) on a plywood and smoothed out any air bubbles using a brush or a glass bottle
Step 3: Once it is dry, use a damp cloth to gently rub away the paper, revealing the picture
